30-Day Easy Return
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:

Unwashed

In original condition

With all tags and packaging intact
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Pack items securely and drop off with the carrier
Please do not ship items back without authorization.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

A $8 return shipping fee will be deducted for standard returns
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Additional Fees & Handling Charges
Items must be returned with their original packaging.
If products are returned without packaging and come into direct contact with the shipping box during transit, friction and compression may cause surface wear, pilling, or deformation — especially for delicate merino wool fabrics.
In such cases, additional care, relabeling, or repackaging is required before restocking. A $5 handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover these restoration costs.
Exchages
We’re happy to help with size or color exchanges to ensure the best fit.
• Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
• Once your return is received and inspected, the new item will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
Fees
• Return & Exchange Shipping Fee (Limited Time Offer – 6 Months): A $10 fee will be charged for all returns or exchanges to cover shipping and handling.
• If original packaging is missing and extra care or repackaging is required, a $5 handling fee will be deducted
Once we receive and inspect your return, the replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
• Report within 72 hours of delivery
• Send photos to support@flowoolshop.com
• We'll send a replacement or refund immediately
