Each fabric is treated using a superwash process for easier care, and tested to meet OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 — ensuring it is free from harmful substances and safe for skin contact.

Our merino wool is pre-washed and specially treated to help maintain its shape and minimize shrinkage.

With proper care, it is designed to retain its fit, softness, and structure over time.

We recommend cold wash (30°C / 86°F or below) and laying flat to dry.

Avoid high heat such as hot water washing or tumble drying, as this may cause shrinkage.

For best results, air drying or low-heat settings are strongly recommended.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Our merino wool is sourced from Australia, and our garments are produced in partnership with trusted manufacturing partners in China.

The removable pads in our Triangle Bra are made from high-density foam.

When we describe them as “latex-like,” we’re referring to their structure and performance—not the material itself.

The foam is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, it’s been tested and proven safe for skin contact.

Around 70% of our products are made from 100% merino wool.

For styles that require higher performance—such as stretch, durability, and shape retention—we use merino wool blends while maintaining a high percentage of wool content.

In future product development, we will continue to prioritize increasing the proportion of merino wool wherever possible.

No! Our merino wool is superfine (16.5-17.5 microns) and feels soft like cotton.

The fibers are so fine they bend when they touch skin rather than prick like traditional wool.

If you've had bad experiences with itchy wool before, our merino will change your mind.

Yes! Merino wool is 100% natural, renewable, and biodegradable.

Our wool comes from farms that practice responsible land management and animal welfare.

Merino sheep grow new fleece every year, making it a renewable resource. Plus, merino products last longer and need less washing, reducing environmental impact.

Washing
Hand washing is recommended for best care. If machine washing, use cold water (30°C / 86°F or below) on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Use a mild detergent.

When machine washing, place items in a laundry bag and avoid washing with garments that have zippers, hooks, or rough trims to prevent damage.

Drying
Lay flat to dry for best results. Avoid tumble drying when possible.

Avoid Heat
Do not use hot water or high heat, as this may cause shrinkage or damage the fibers.

Washing Frequency
Merino wool is naturally odor-resistant, so it does not need to be washed after every wear. Airing out between uses is often enough.

Storage
Store folded in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging to help maintain shape.
